By using Paint and Sip Finder you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the site is

Paint and Sip Finder is an independent directory of paint and sip studios. We list studios and the details people ask about, such as drinks policy, price, and whether kids and private parties are welcome. We don't run classes, take bookings or payments, or sell tickets. Any booking you make is between you and the studio.

Information may be wrong or out of date

We collect studio details from public sources, including Google Maps and the studios' own websites, and recheck them regularly. But studios change their prices, hours, drinks policies, age rules and class offerings, and they sometimes close. We can't promise that anything on the site is complete, current or accurate.

Always confirm with the studio before you go, especially for the things that matter most to you: whether you can bring your own drinks, the minimum age for classes, the price, and whether the studio is open. We don't recommend or endorse any studio, and a listing is not a guarantee of quality or safety.

Alcohol and children

Many studios allow or sell alcohol, and many welcome children. Alcohol policies and age limits are set by each studio and by local law. Please drink responsibly and follow the studio's rules and the law where you are. Supervising children at a studio is the responsibility of their parents or guardians.

No affiliation

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the studios or brands listed, such as Painting with a Twist, Pinot's Palette or Bottle & Bottega. Their names are used only to identify them. All trademarks belong to their owners.

Links to other sites

The site links to studio websites, booking pages, social accounts and maps. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, prices, policies or privacy practices.

Corrections and removal

If a listing is wrong, or you run a studio and want it corrected or removed, email outreach@paintandsipfinder.com. We'll look at it promptly.

What you send us

If you send us information through the "Request a listing" form or by email, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are allowed to share it. You give us permission to use the business details you provide, such as the studio's name, address, website, prices and policies, to create or update its listing. See our privacy policy for how we handle your personal information.

Our content

The site's design, text, summaries and the way the directory is organized belong to us. You may link to any page and share it. You may not copy the directory in bulk, scrape it, or republish it as your own.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, to send spam through the listing form, or to submit false or misleading information.

No warranty

The site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Paint and Sip Finder and its owners are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from relying on a listing, including any dealings with a studio, any class or event you attend, or any purchase you make. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
